Orders that have been placed and moved to processing will then transport to Ship Station where our warehouse will now have access to package and ship the order. Within Ship Station, we can determine the cost of shipping + appropriate shipping methods and lead times for the shipment.

Creating a Shipping Quote

There is one method of creating a shipping quote, for many different types of shipments. Each video below will highlight the type of shipping methods you can 

Verify an Address

A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for verifying shipping addresses as their first task each morning, and periodically throughout the workday. Verifying an address may require multiple trial & error steps, to verify the address, you can do so by: 
1. Searching the email in Ship Station to locate previous orders placed to the same location
2. Cross verify the Billing & Shipping address located on the Admin Invoice
3. Google search the address provided, this method is best used for commercial addresses

Order Tags

Ship Station tags are useful, and color-coded to ensure easy and quick understanding for each order.

To add a tag

  1. Open order in ship station
  2. Locate the “Edit Tags” drop-down
  3. Select tag that you are needing to add
  4. Once selected – exit screen

To remove Tag  

  1. Open order in ship station
  2. Locate the “Edit Tags” drop-down
  3. Select tag that you are needing to remove
  4. Once cleared – exit screen
